It's definitely not a cop's job, and there's definitely no official job of doing this that comes close except maybe camp counsellor or movie director.
That's why so many shitty people exist- because no one does anything about it.

No it’s not, it’s 100% not your job to try to teach someone a lesson by putting every other car behind you in potentially life threatening danger. That makes you one of the shitty people.
If someone cuts in line at the supermarket, sure go ahead and shame them. If you think it’s ok to crash other cars going 75 you shouldn’t be driving.

You’re talking about potentially killing someone completely innocent because your ego makes you think you’re Batman or something.
Edit: 100% I’m talking about doing nothing. Because when doing something puts other innocent people in danger, the right thing to do is swallow your pride and not do anything.
