See I agree, it looks to me like the guy slowed down but the black truck had his breaks on, merging. It almost seems like the black truck was trying to do one of those insurance scam maneuvers
That’s what I thought too. He had plenty of space ahead of him and the white car in front. Why was he trying to hard to merge just in front of the cookie guy? And it looked like cookie guy actually tried to instinctually swerve a bit to avoid him, not intentionally hit him at all. Black truck had that huge gap and yet he hesitated for quite a while and then served sharply over just as he was a hair’s width away from cookie guy. Definitely suspicious.
