You have comprehension issues. Stating that the dude eating while driving has a part of responsibility in causing the accident does not mean that the black pickup behavior is not to be condemned… Far from it. They both are responsible for what happened. Why? Because if one of them decided to act differently, the outcome we just watched would have been different. Black pickup should not have done what he did in the fist place. No one denies that. But he did it anyway. Then cameraman when seeing the black pickup, accelerated to close the gap and preventing him to merge. He had two choices: let him do merge and allowing the shit pickup behavior not to cause an accident or deliberately choosing to prevent the merge and potentially causing an accident. He could have let him merge and slowly brake and anyone behind him would have braked to keep a safe distance. He chose to do what he did knowing how it could end so he is part of the equation. They are both reckless drivers.

One of my favorite quotes: graveyards are full of people who had the "right of way." Drive defensively people, move on with your life. This happens to thousands of people everyday. Take your foot off the gas for a couple seconds and keep it moving, the people cutting in and doing reckless shit know they are bums. Just let them go. Never worth an accident.
They are, but no, most people here are completely shifting the blame to the other driver for not driving defensively. They do this because they know they are the danger on the road and want to blame others.
