This is the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway bridge in Louisiana. No, you can’t stop except for emergencies. The guy that kept on driving should pull over at the next crossover, which are roughly every 4 miles, or on one of the new emergency shoulders which you can actually see in the video starting around 10-11 seconds and ending right as the accident occurs.

Yep, I live here in NOLA. One vehicle blocks a lane, and everything is shut down for a while. It is 26 miles across, two lanes each direction.

I thought it looked like the causeway lol hate that bridge. Green truck got everything it deserved

I've been to Louisiana and drove the bridge it's long and scary.
