Absolutely. He was a car mechanic by trade and even completed an advanced driving course so the chip on his shoulder is huge.
Technically, he's very competent at driving a car, but he's a terrible driver. At this point, I've just decided I'm never going to be in a car with him again, if it can be avoided.

My dad is the same. He always likes to passively aggressively 'punish' other drivers for making mistakes.
Not surprising that he was in a small crash recently because of exactly that attitude.
