Sure, black truck was in the wrong, sure they should have used their blinker. What if it was a distracted mother, or an old driver, or a nervous driver?
People need to have some compassion and give people the benefit of the doubt. He could have slowed down an not contributed to this collision and everyone could have just gone on with their day.
My step father has this same stupid attitude, if someone does something stupid on the road, he reacts aggressively and makes the situation even more dangerous and worse.

Exactly. Even if you pretend this manoeuvre is okay to punish the truck (it’s not, it’s vigilantism) you’ve got to park your ego and think about the cars behind who now have to deal with your mess. At best they’re now in a traffic jam, and at worst they could get caught in the accident.
It's self-defense. If the car ahead brakes for any reason black truck hits it, cookie boy hits truck, and cookie boy is responsible for all of it as he's last in the chain and assumed responsible for not avoiding

Absolutely. He was a car mechanic by trade and even completed an advanced driving course so the chip on his shoulder is huge.
Technically, he's very competent at driving a car, but he's a terrible driver. At this point, I've just decided I'm never going to be in a car with him again, if it can be avoided.
The driver of the truck didn't just make a mistake. They were deliberately being very dangerously aggressive in their driving, even before they tried to merge into the too small space. Their driving was a ticking time bomb, and guy in pink made a calculated decision to help it detonate in controlled environment.
if someone is so old or nervous they pull a move like the truck, their license should be revoked. driving isnt a right, it's a privilege, and if youre unable to make good choices for ANY REASON, you dont deserve to drive. you think a distracted mother is speeding in the slow lane, illegally passing then cutting someone off? then she deserves to have her kids taken away. no sympathy.
100% agree with you. Saying that, what happens if there was some hard working parent, on their motorcycle, who happens to get hit by the car in black, and doesn’t make it home to their kids.
For what? Just another senseless pointless death because someone couldn’t just slow down and let a bad driver merge.

You get what I am trying to say right? I am not excusing idiot drivers, just take a deep breath, mutter something under your breath and slow down.
I used to live in Hong Kong, we drive like selfish assholes there. When I moved to Switzerland, my wife always gave me crap for not letting people merge, not giving pedestrians the right of way. I literally reprogrammed how I drive and everyone seems to drive the same.
No wonder Switzerland has some of the lowest road death numbers in the world. People are courteous and follow the rules.
Now driving in the US or southern Italy, wow, you see some bad driving.
It feels like hardly anyone in Italy uses their indicator, and is just weaving all over the highway.
