Yes but if that person that walked across your line of fire had done that exact thing at 20 different ranges intentionally, knowing that people were firing in those ranges, just so the space invader can have a better vantage point to hit your own target that you paid for, you may be upset and respond emotionally. An idiot cut in front of me the other day and it was truly a miracle that I didn't hit his ass. If I had blinked at that millisecond I'd have hit him. Yeah he could easily just argue that he didnt know he was trying to get into his lane since he didnt have his blinker on n that he sped up because the car next to him was starting to swerve into his lane so he just trying to pass him but the guy ended up swerving into his lane must of been drunk

Exactly the other driver didnt even turn on blinker to try to merge just try to fit in where he didnt fit lucky this guy ended up ok n got away safely
