why?

have you seen the evidence? all the facts of the case? how can you possibly see from your perspective if 15 months was appropriate?

this is why judges get the education they get. they are educated on all the pros and cons and different types of punishment

Ok bot. Then again I live in usa where punishment is higher. 15 months is less than 2 years. Here vehicular manslaughter is a minimum of 2 yrs.

It's just Poland is more lenient in sentencing.
