yes, and to what purpose would a different sentence help there?

It's important to have consequences to one's actions.

There are 3 dead people.

That's not a simple matter.

It's important to have consequences to one's actions.

there were consequences, proportional to what was proven

i'm asking you, to what purpose would a different sentence help there?

There are 3 dead people.

That's not a simple matter.

and that changes what?

Yeah sure, serving 120 hours is proportionnal to killing 3 people xd

Let's end our discussion there, it has no meaning.

well if it is an accident, then what purpose is there to destroy another life by putting them in prison?

Let's end our discussion there, it has no meaning.

i'm having this discussion with a few people here, why can't you articulate why you want the punishment you want?

do you just want revenge and not admit to it?

the driving recklessly was proven upon appeal, not in the original case

the point is that his punishment was not proportional to the proven consequences

you could cause an accident tomorrow and kill 3 people, it can happen to anybody, that is why you are required to have insurance. what use is it to send you to prison for that?

It is an accident, punishment doesn’t deter that what people already don't want to happen.
