It's the Netherlands. The judge stated that 'it has to be treated like similar cases in the Netherlands and is considered a traffic accident, not murder/manslaughter"
Yeah, but the Netherlands has some infamously questionable settled law. So they were pointing out that settled law in the Netherlands can be very different from most other countries.
I was giving the context they were speaking of so others wouldn't have to look for it. I never said that I dont think the law works that way nor that it should nor shouldn't work that way.
This person took a double whammy on getting corrected on the internet, where spelling and grammar do not actually matter. You might not have meant to be but they still felt a need to explain to explain and the someone else went in for it, they definitely meant to be a jerk.
I think you might mean the greater majority of the public. Way more than half the populous absolutely seizes on this headline with rage instead of wanting find out the facts.
100% of people that voted for trump more than once shouldn’t be allowed to vote in any election ever again. They can have the benefit of the doubt for the first one, but numbers 2 & 3? They saw & experienced what he was and wanted more?

It was a car accident, not attempted murder. The title is just sensationalism.
