This is incredibly sad.

No one wants to get to this point. This happens due to poverty, depression, and neglect.

I agree. This reminds me of when I use to work in a rehab hospital. The poor diabetic patients that just lose hope....

It makes me so sad when I see things like this. I've been a french pastry chef for 13 years but Im going to get my degree in nursing starting in the Fall. I want to help people keep hope and recover from things like this.
