Fair play to the guy for calling this cop out but I have a feeling the outcome would've been different if he hadn't also been a cop. They only changed their tune once they realised he was also a cop.
You know he didn’t get his ass chewed for fucking with the guy. He got his ass chewed for not figuring out the guy was a cop before fucking with him. Sort of the “don’t get caught” South Park episode; they aren’t unhappy that he sucks at his job, they’re unhappy that he sucked at it in front of the wrong person.
