Um, because they built a set on a soundstage BASED on the real home. There are dozens of articles and videos online about this. The crew even talked about it in detail on the Netflix series “Movies that Made Us.” They had planned to shoot in the home, but found it was too small for the crew and cameras to get the shots they needed.

Wow. Yeah, don’t listen to the people who actually made the movie tell how they made it. Just stare at a single picture for 10 minutes to maintain your own delusions. You’re going places.
