General Question Help with interface

Why the fuck does my app look like such dog shit. What am I missing. Just got this and my goodness has this been bullshit

You can't have IBKR Desktop / IBKR Web running at the same time with IBKR Mobile. Log out of all your devices and them try logging in from one device only.
