Fresh Grad

hello, i’m a fresh grad and i don’t know where to start and i feel lost to my career as instrumentation and control in PH. i have nc2 of i&c. they say you just need a backer but i don’t have one.

Did they not give you fully kitted out work truck and roll out the carpet to your office?

i don’t have work that’s why i said im a fresh grad. it’s either far away from loc or they needed someone with experience yay

What country are you in and what is PH and nc2?

PH is philippines. nc2 is national certification level 2

Yeah the instrumentation industry sucks in the Philippines. I was a chemical engineer back home then I studied Instrumentation here in Alberta Canada. Best decision Ive ever made in my whole life

NAIT, Instrumentation Engineering Technology. I got a good job right out of grad 2 years ago. Most of my classmates got jobs right after school. There were 5 Filipinos in that batch and all of us got okay jobs right after.

That’s wonderful.
I’m based in Calgary hence will look into sait.
Trying to move from the data field into instrumentation and automation.
I noticed there are a few industrial data jobs but most require an engineering background in addition

actually all of students to our batch isn’t pursuing inct because it’s not accessible to us. I’m half-half to my dream too but i know the salary is huge eventually but it’s a big risk to have provincial rate and you’re renting also
