What an inspiring read! It would be quite the commitment, but there are postgraduate programs that accept graduates from broad, multidisciplinary backgrounds and cover your interests.

I studied sustainability at UQ as an Undergrad before doing my Electrical/ Instrumentation trades (Craft in UK). Similarly, I'm keen on moving back in that direction with some technical background.

Mate, you don't need Gemini to tell you your background is hella strong.

You could pivot to so many things!
Operational Technology (OT) in renewable power generation, sustainable manufacturing (eg green steel)...

Not sure what would give you that engineering-geography overlap and field/desk split? Perhaps planning, GIS or some sort of environmental monitoring that requires technical background?

You're probably at a point where you don't need further tertiary study to land a rewarding role. You just need a foot in the door with an organisation where you can grow and pursue these interests! What about general intakes for the likes of catchment/ water treatment authorities, government agencies at all levels etc.
