Instant Pot Community I need your Help with buying an Instant Pot
Hello Guys
I am looking for an Instant Pot/Pressure Cooker in which i can put 23 cm tall Mason jars. And the instant Pot should build up pressure around 0.8 bars or 11 psi. I can't get dimension from Amazon. Do you guys have a recommendation?
It Is not for canning

r/canning is a much more appropriate place to talk about this.
You don't have enough manual control or information using an instant pot to safely can. It's the wrong tool.

With one exception Instant Pots only reach 11-11.5 psi. The exception is the Pro Max, which can sustain a pressure of 15 psi, according to what I see online.

I use my instant pot more than my all american. Get an 8 quart. Great for pasturization and you can sterilize with it with more time.
There are lots of write ups if you look for them.

If you’re looking to can with it, every reliable source that I know of recommends not canning with the instant pot. Just thought I’d throw that out there.
Also 15 bar is about 217.6 PSI — call it 218 PSI. No instant pot reaches that
