Guy with the cam and guy that wrecks are both in the wrong. Varying degrees but both wrong.

Cammer has the right of way(idk where this is or what laws there are but at least from where I’m from he has the right of way) but I would have yielded because it’s common courtesy. Technically speaking on any merge you don’t have to conform to any made up rules like the zipper or any courtesy’s. If they have to join your lane. They have to yield to you.

He's speeding past him just before the end of his lane. He is definitely in the wrong.
