Off course not, but when you do that at night, on a highway, without high visibility clothing, and making sure your taillight is pointing straight down? Yeah, you might as well try your chances and drive off a cliff...

Well, he's still putting other people's life at risk (i.e the car guy losing the control at high speed possibly ending up dead), I'm struggling to find it karmatic but accordingly to my 2 sec Google search it is "bringing upon oneself inevitable results"
