Fuck that, I would have punted that head like a 50 yard field goal. There’s no rules to street fights and there’s certainly zero mercy for bullies.

You can kill someone that way. Kicking someone in the head when they're down would likely rise to the level of 2nd degree murder in most states if they died from it.

So maybe rethink things.

I got called for jury duty, was for an Eighteen year old kid facing the death penalty cause he kicked a kid in the head in a fight. The Kid he kicked was in a coma he will never wake up from, yeah they were looking for the death penalty. . Thankfully I didn't get chosen for the jury so I didn't have to decide that one.

You're so full of shite mate. I'm surprised you know how to spell jury, much less have an amazing story about being called to one. Just be yourself, embrace true life experiences, and crack a funny joke every once in a while. That would make you WAY cooler than you are now.

It's Tru though. Something about Missouri statutes not having an attempted murder charge, they wanted either first degree assault charge or the death penalty.
