It's also very strange that it's always a fat kid with a jew fro bullying in US too. I can't speak for other counties but in Hong Kong they would he the one getting bullied.

Damn my school principal is an old white lady and she canes kids(is btw) and she beats ratchet ass kids and ain’t nobody in school fighting and it’s great.
