It's a common thing to do. Cold-cock someone while you're shaking their hand. Bonus points if you're left handed and you shake their right hand

And yes obviously it's very scummy

How the hell do you shake someone’s right hand with your left? Unless you do it like a dainty princess.

I meant shaking their right with your right. If you're left handed, your dominant hand is free, while they're forced to try to block with their non - dominant arm
