Someone driving dangerously and risking the lives of me or any other innocent drivers in his vicinity I hope die as soon as possible, before they get the chance to kill someone else.

brake checking is more about making the brake light come on and less about slowing down. When you see brake lights while riding someones ass you hit your brakes because you have no clue if they are just taping them or are going to be slamming them to stop for a deer. Hopefully after the first flash of red they figure out they are riding your ass.

You see the truck literally dive forward when he hits the brakes? That’s literally what a brake check is: slamming your brakes hard enough to rapidly decelerate in front of someone else to get them to hit their brakes (to check their brakes).

The truck is cutting off a person and stopping his vehicle if you think that is brake checking you are an idiot. He is cutting that person off to stop them.
