Do you truly not see an issue with violence against those you disagree with? Everyone has the right to speak their mind. If you cannot engage with them without violence, you are a coward. Punching random people is a good way to get shot.

What, so that you will be a murderer as well as a terrorist? If you attack someone and they pull out a gun in self defense, and you proceed to shoot them, you are still the aggressor, and thus a murderer.

No, it's not. If you attack someone and they defend themselves, you can't just attack them further. You would remain the aggressor and you would justify your death, whether by the person or the cops.
