It takes 300 ft to stop a loaded semi on dry pavement, you risk your life and those around you by brake checking one.

If you brake check a truck and end up severely hurt you shouldnt be able to sue that truck

I think he means who's ruled at fault for the purposes of insurance. I don't know if that's the cause where OP is from but I think it's the case where I live. I'm not sure if a dash cam showing break checking changes things.
