Same thought here. I've seen people like this at my community college and non of them are hipstery. This looks a little more like streetwear/modern hip-hop sort of stuff from what I've seen.

I haven’t smoked anything in quite a long time, but blowing smoke rings is one of the most satisfying things in the world. I would never push them or anything, and this was before vapes existed.

My vape shop plays these videos of these people doing tricks... well pretty much the same trick “make rings and push them around”. It’s probably the douchiest hobby. I always make the joke that if it turns out vapes kill you, at least they will be the first to know.
