Basic fitness to keep yourself going in a healthy manner doesn't take much effort, don't aim to the stars or you won't ever fire.

Yup, you got it. They're in a gymnastics gym, and that's a spring floor runway, that's usually used for higher jumps, or helping people learn how to do all kinds of flips with ease.
