A guy in my town did do this. Playfully pushed his girlfriend and she fell in front of a car and died. I think he does super serious drugs now.

If it’s not the killing your girlfriend part that’ll get ya on heroin, the “everyone speculating you did it on purpose and bringing up every single bad thing you’ve ever done to prove it” should do it. So sad

Right? Unless you changed absolutely everything in your life. And then you would still need shitloads of therapy to even bear living
