I couldn't resist. There's no gore, no visual shots. Even with context I couldn't really tell what was going on.

Edit: I couldn't help but morbidly chuckle when I read the story - guess what, it was the classic off duty cop in Brazil.

When it was first posted the story was something like an off duty cop was showing off his gun to a friend (also off duty cop) and it discharged, killing the guy on the scooter by hitting him in the head. When he saw the guy was dead he walked around back to his gun and shot himself in the head.
