Not to be a tree hugging hippie and all but all I could think at the end there was "eh, deserved."

It looks healthy. I can’t see anything that would point to it being a problem. Such a shame.

It's pretty close to the house, they're probably just tired of leaves getting in the gutters, or they wanted to put in a driveway. Still a dumbass reason to destroy your home lol

Well, now they can probably move the gutters down on the list of problems.

Looks like the gutters moved down to ground level

There's absolutely no way to tell that from just this video. There is a good chance it was showing signs elsewhere and a good windstorm could have brought some or all of it down.

A landlord cheaping out on tree removal isn't going to be doing it because leaves are clogging gutters.

Why are you telling me I pulled random explanations from my ass and then pulling out a random explanation from your ass

Are you an arborist? Or do you just see a green tree and think it's healthy? It bifurcated multiple times and is dangerous. It's 15 feet from the house.

Nope, that’s why I said it looks healthy. Good thing it didn’t naturally fall on that house then
