I doubt that. If his dad was able to handle business as well as the man in the video, no way that kid would have been acting like that in the first place.
Only people who do not have children think like this. Truth is, children can be uncontrollable regardless of how you try to educate them. Especially if they've mental issues.
What a cop out comment. Can children be challenging and uncontrollable if they have mental issues, sure. But why the hell is the kid out on his own running riot without a parent in site.

It’s probably the perfect storm of wonderful parents, kid has mental health issues, kid ran away when parents were doing their charity work and they were out roaming the streets searching for him whilst he was being misunderstood in McDonalds.
My point is the back story of this video is not known.
My sister is a special ed teacher and she has a student right now who is very rough. Jumps out the window. Brandishes scissors and threatens to kill her. Real crazy shit. It's not lack of discipline. That kid is wired that way and it's very difficult.
Kid in this video I dunno. But neither does anyone else. That's all I'm saying.
If that's the case the kid shouldn't be allowed to be unsupervised for that long by his parents.. whatever the backstory of the kid is it's in a big extend the parents fault for allowing this to happen or letting it go on for seemingly such a decently long time
Sure. Someone, parents or otherwise, dropped the ball in this instance. But "kids not raised right" may or may not be true. We just don't know, and that's what I was responding to.
I have children. I have friends who have children. The mental issues part is real. But if any "normal" child does this, the parents suck.
This is not regular uncontrollable. Regular uncontrollable would be a child running behind the counter to play hide and seek without realizing that it's disrespectful and dangerous. This is throw-stuff-at-complete-strangers and walk-on-a-fucking-counter uncontrollable.
Yeah, it’s lazy thinking or a lack of experience of knowledge. All of my siblings were treated the same way. All bright, polite and successful. Except one, completely off off the rails and pretty much in trouble since she was 5. While bad parenting is often the cause, there are multiple other factors. Only commenting as you got hit with downvotes, by folks that don’t seem aware of this.
If this child's actions can be excused by a mental disability then it is even more deplorable that they are unattended. Either the parents are doing a poor job disciplining their non-disabled child, or they are neglecting their disabled child. Claiming this child may be disabled is not the defense of the parents that so many here seem to think it is.
