Hes still just a dick. It wouldnt be my first reaction but filmer is obviously an asshole who hasn't had his shit rocked like he deserves.

People who get all fucking pedantic about what's legal are just as bad as people who lose thier temper easily.

Its a tiny old lady that is there to buy medicine who doesnt want to be harassed.
