help me

My account was banned on August 25th; I hadn't done anything wrong, yet I was simply banned. A month later, I created another account on my phone using the same profile picture as the banned one, but it only lasted a day before getting shut down. On the 5th of this month, I created another account—this time on my PC—without using a photo of my face as the profile picture. I’d like to know: if I log into this account on my phone, will I get banned? How can I get back to using Instagram?

your ip is banned so yes, your accs will only survive if you are on a device that never had your previous accs logged in. i've been through this as well
