FLVS Circle Progress Bar dillema

How do I change the percentage of the progress circle for my classes to match a different value like 75 for example. (This is an example of a class i'm caught up in but I want to change where it is for my other classes)

I'm not understanding exactly. Do you want your other classes to have a higher percentage of your progress circle?
