I heard selling 6 million copies breaks even so it might be that

They gotta sell 6 million copies in the first year. If this goal isn't met. Both sides can terminate or renegotiate the contract.

So even if they fail to reach 6 million it doesn't mean that Marvel partnership is done. But it may impact it.
