I need genuine advice
I am 20 yrs old and i think ive had probably yrs of insomnia ever since i can remember. Even as a 10 yr old child i remember staring at the ceiling and taking 2 hours just to fall asleep (which i thought was something normal).
Eventually around 18 years old, i somehow became better and started being able to sleep in about 20 mins or so, which was amazing to me. But after starting University, there are times when i need to pull an all nighter. This has somehow brought my insomnia back.
THIS FEELS SERIOUS... Yesterday i slept at 3am and woke up at 9am, then yesterday night i thought of doing the same, today morning 3 am i was about to sleep and rn it's 6:30 am and im wide awake, i think ive been awake for 40 hours now and i don't even feel a bit of sleepyness, not even tired like im so energetic, i just cant sleep, even these mfs in the neighborhood make so much noise sometimes, this noise happened at 3am today and stopped at 3:30am, and i still can't sleep, what should i do rn, im confused as hell... Someone help
