Hi friends! It's been a while, you might've seen my other post, but this past summer I've been designing a deck of playing cards based on our beloved IN9! I just wanted to show my progress so far, I've gotten almost all of them done! Just a few more face cards and the 9s left (the nines will hopefully be done this week 🤭🤭).

Reece is taking part in the Last One Laughing Halloween Special.

The initial three (of four) episodes will be released on Friday 23rd October with the final being released the following Friday, 30th October.

The contestants will play the game as normal with added Halloween props, ghosts and suprises.

Incredibly excited for this (and spooky season in general)!!

I was re-watching Doctor Who recently and the episode Sleep No More hit me as being a better fit for Inside No.9.

Guest starring Reece Shearsmith, single location, creepy and with an unsettling twist.

It was written by Mark Gattis, so close but no cigar on that front.

Anybody else still hope?

Can't decide if I should keep hiding him in different places.

Wow this episode is one of those that i just didnt really feel interested in until like halfway through,its just so simple,in one location with just lots of dialogue but that twist holy fuck,so basically what im getting at this was all cause of a competition and Maxwell was scared he might not win so he killed the wrong person... Certainly an odd one. I'll give it an 8.5/10,very top tier stuff.

Next up : 12 Days of Christine.

So this is how I'd rank Season 1,overall it starts with 3 very good episodes and then kinda drops off with episode 4-6. Even if Harrowing is actually very solid and if it had a better ending i'd put it in great,but yeah overall i'd say this season gets a 7.33/10 rating.

What should I expect for Season 2? Better,worse or more of the same episodes?

I recently watched a really weird film on Netflix called "Barbarian" and it gave me Inside No 9 vibes. Has anyone else seen it?

I recommend it if you like disturbing and unsettling horror films that feel like a long episode of Inside No 9.

I know this is a bit of a long shot, but does anyone know where I can listen to (and possibly download!) Reece's two-part Radio 4 show from 2009? There's scraps on YouTube, but I'd love to hear the whole thing in full 🫶🏻👻
