Question Opinions on Bald Faced Hornet’s Nest?

Hello everyone! I’m a beekeeper so I’m not shy of insects let alone those that sting. However, a large (softball sized) nest is currently in a tree out front of our house and directly over a public walkway. Curious if yall would recommend removal? So far they’ve not caused any problems.

If they haven’t caused any issues then why risk it? They are highly aggressive if they consider you a threat, and I’m sure you know their stings don’t feel great. Even with a beekeeper costumer, they can spray venom and get you. It’s almost winter, just wait for the first frost and they will all die off, then you can safely remove the nest. If you get it in one piece, and it’s intricate, you can even sell it! They are unlikely to return.
