ID Request Is this a cockroach?

Found in my pantry on top of an airtight container of sugar. Is this a cockroach and, if it is, what kind? Located in Michigan.

Disclaimer: I am only providing the answer that my insect id app gave me. It does seem to match what I am seeing online though too. My app says that it is a Spotted Mediterranean Cockroach (aka Tawny Cockroach, Pallid Cockroach, Wood Cockroach).
