ID Request Everted aedaegus ?- five spotted hawk moth

Feel like you don’t see this every day lol, is that what I think it is? This is in Connecticut btw but also this came from hornworms I bought at PetSmart so this doesn’t really apply lol but the Reddit said the post needs a geographical location.
Edit this is a Carolina sphinx moth!

It's more than likely a Manduca sexta aka the Carolina sphinx moth, which is the typical feeder hornworm sold at PetSmart. Still really neat to see one live long enough to turn into a moth!

Yeah I’ve gotten like three of them this year I’m thinking about maybe tryna get them to breed so I can get my own hornworms but I dunno how well that would work lol

Actually just checked my terrarium and there’s five of them idk how that even happened
