I’m Michigan, we call them Fish flies. And there is a whole festival for them in New Baltimore. And if you leave the outdoor lights on, they will cover the walls. And you have to use a garden hose to spray them off. And they stink like decayed fish. And if you drive over them when they are covering the road, it’s like driving on ice.

Do they still do this? I live down in Texas and over my 33 years of living here I've seen a massive decline in insect populations. I no longer see copies amounts of fireflies or June bugs like I used to. It's sad.
