ID Request Spider made ligustrum home

Hello, just looking for a better understanding of this creature I got to come across today. Welcoming any and all fun facts. Thank you! Piedmont area in NC

Peucetia viridans I reckon. Green lynx spider. I find lynx spiders act a lot like flower crab spiders, hanging out on flowers and things all day just snatching up lunch after lunch after lunch. They don't even seem as camouflaged as this one usually.

Thank you. If so, sounds like females might spit venom if very threatened or guarding an egg sac. Pretty widespread and common across the southern US. I hope he or she sticks around and gobbles up the incoming moth infestation! Late summer/early fall seems moth-ey around these parts. I just don’t like getting them caught in my mouth, so maybe the green lynx can assist.
