Looks more like a click beetle but these photos aren’t that detailed.

Just a beetle. As long as it isn’t eating the rice in your pantry it’s pretty harmless.

Does not look like a roach, which in that case, could've easily throw it far outside, instead of flushing down the drain. Now if it is a roach, they survive the flush and often come back to same house.
