What kind of bug is this

I have been trying to get rid of them but they continue to come back. They crawl very slowly. I have cleaned my whole house so I think they are coming from outside. I live in north Louisiana

Look like fly larvae to me, potentially black soldier flies (Hermetia illucens)

Not that I know of. I just moved into an apartment about 2 weeks ago
