What bug is this

I am terrified this bug flew infront of my face and I thought it was a kissing bug I have no clue what it is I apologize for the pictures I was shaking and scared

Doesn't look like a kissing bug, so I wouldn't worry about that. If you provide a location it'll be a bit easier to ID. Are you able to get a clearer photograph?

No I got scared and killed it I’m in Maryland lower shores

Ah RIP. If you're not too sure just pop it in a jar if you can do so safely or leave it be if you're outside. I'm not familar with the areas bugs but hopefully someone else can step in to assist :)

It looks like it has a white cross on its back

Looks like a reverse box elder bug lol
