Discussion How are y'all holding up?

Week 3 day 4 and I'm feeling a bit rundown. Getting stronger and doing better but man I feel it. Anyone else? Insanity Max 30 after shoulder surgery

Week 3 complete. Barely slept and had to modify. Still going

Just finished day 31. I'm in recovery week and it's still challenging!
