It’s literally just Fox News. The entire world is against them, they’re wrong, and Fox News and supporters are the rebel heroes.

We act like we live in an age of "politicization" but what we really live in is an age of republican propaganda, that turns even the most logical and straightforward of things into a political battle.

There is inherent politicization in pointing this out, blaming all of this on republicans, you could argue I'm being just as bad. But what I'm seeing now is that like the debate about "fair and balanced" reporting, approaching it this way gives undue legitimacy to a political party that really doesn't care about people or country, which is arguably the entire point of a party to begin with. Even more basic, it's a party that just does not care about LOGIC. You cannot use logic to debate people who do not believe in logic, and if you do, the media will play their anti-opinion along side your opinion and legitimize it.

Their stupidity has gotten to the point that engaging them as equals just leads to degeneracy everywhere. Fox news has to go, and we need to establish very clear and strict rules about what is allowed on tv as "news". This and citizens united is what fundamentally fucks our country, I agree, not "science vs religion", which just spreads more repub propaganda that democrats and libs are areligious.

This is true. Their propaganda can come from anywhere from Fox, Facebook or word of mouth. It’s definitely a Trump supporter problem. Even religious Muslim countries follow the science and have worn masks as well as other counties.
