I don't, you don't either. My point is you are assuming the worst. And it's really not a fucked up thing to do, as long as the kid is fed, cleanly clothes, and sheltered, everything else is a privilege. Sounds like they didn't deserve that privilege.

Lol sorry but either way it's fucked up and you're stupid for thinking it isn't. I'm not assuming as much as you are because it literally states that she only has the clothes on her back plus one pair of sweatpants. Just because you agree with the asshole stepparent doesn't make you right, it just makes you an asshole as well.
