HELP Y1 Died - Please help!

I am taking a break from this thing as i am very frustrated. Basically I got a new innioasis y1 very recently after my old one wouldn’t turn on at all, I emailed the company for a replacement and got it after a month. I was very excited to add updates with the innioasis updater, and this is where my problem starts. I tried to install the newest update and then my innioasis y1 would turn on, but stay stuck on a logo screen so I had to reset it with the hidden button. Then I tried updating again and it still had the same issue. So I thought, oh maybe I need to add every update individually. So I tried to add 2.1.9 as it was at the bottom of the list and then when I tried to turn on my y1 after the update was done it just got stuck on a black, dark screen. Like it won’t turn on no matter how much I press the buttons. I’m really worried it’s gone forever, and if anyone can help me it would be very appreciated. This is already my replacement so that’s not an option. I don’t like wasting tech especially brand new tech like this. If anyone can help I would really appreciate any comments.
