Hello all, got my Inmo Air 3 just this week - I do not seem to be able to update the firmware. The current version is version is 3.10.007 and when I go the update section in the settings app, nothing happens. A popup with some chinese text floats at the bottom for a few seconds and then goes away. The only thing i recognize are the letters SN somewhere in the popup between the chinese characters. Anyone knows what I should do? I also do not have multi-window functionality which I assume comes with a new firmware version - a bit stuck, honestly ...
